摘　　要：新农村规划的作用是找出村庄目前发展中存在的问题,针对这些问题,围绕村庄的定位,进一步加强村庄的优点,弥补村庄的不足,并促进未来城镇化的健康发展。本文通过对莆田市荔城区新农村规划建设活动进行总结反思,对新农村规划的设计展开探索。The role of the new countryside planning is to find out the current problems existing in the development of village, to solve these problems, around the village of localization, further strengthen the advantages of the village, make up for the inadequacy of the village, and promote the healthy development of urbanization in the future. Pay much attention to at present, governments at all levels of new countryside planning, every year has invested huge hu- man, material and financial resources in this paper, This article through to new Village planning of putian licheng and construction activity summarized reflection, study on the new Village planning and design.
