摘　　要：随着城镇化建设进程的加速和经济活动的日益活跃,农村人进城务工从而滋生了一大批"出租屋"。笔者针对这其中火灾危险性最大的"自建房"式出租屋开展了实地走访调研,分析了此类型出租屋的消防安全隐患和当前出租屋管理工作存在的"瓶颈",并提出了解决"病症"的思路和建议。With the acceleration of urbanization process and economic activities has become increasingly active, rural migrant workers leads to a large number of ＂house＂. This paper that one of the biggest fire risk, ＂the building＂ type about the research carried out field visits, analyzes this type fire safety hidden trouble of the rental and the ＂ bottle- neck＂ of the existence of rental management work, and puts forward some ideas and Suggestions to solve the ＂symptoms＂.
