摘  要:以葛亭煤矿1312综放工作面隔离煤柱裂隙多为背景,配制了稳定性能、流动性和可塑性能良好的无机塑性胶泥堵漏材料,研发了配套的压注装备——新型囊式加压罐,并在该矿1312轨道巷和采空区密闭进行了工业试验,利用新型囊式加压罐压注了一定量的矿用无机塑性胶泥来封堵漏风。试验结果表明,堵漏材料及其配套装备的堵漏效果良好。Taking large quantities of fissures in isolation mine coal pillar on 1312 fully-mechanized caving face as the background,inorganic modeling clay was concocted with stable performance,good liquidity and plasticity inorganic plastic clay plugging material. New bladder pressurized tank was also developed as a supporting pressure injection equipment. Industrial test was carried out in 1312 track transport roadway and gob. A certain amount of inorganic modeling clay was injected to plug leakage by using a new capsule pressurized tank pressure. Results of industrial test have shown that,the effects of plugging material and supporting equipment are good.
