摘　　要：在社会契约论的框架下,贫困救助的合理性面临难以克服的困难:在个体层面,内在的"同情"倾向无法突破原子式的壁垒;在公共层面,规范性的"公平"原则难以回应现实的拷问,在实践中甚至会滋生出新的不公平。问题的解决需要我们走出主体形而上学及其所主导的政治框架,并藉此寻求一种社会有机体的建构。Under the framework of social contract theory, the justification of poverty relief will face some irresolvable difficulties. At the individual level, the inherent inclination of sympathy cannot avoid the limitation of atomism. At the public level, the normative principle of justice cannot respond to some challenges from reality, and especially, it will cause different kinds of injustices. How to solve this problem？ We should abandon subjective metaphysics and its political framework and try to construct a social organism.
