摘　　要：依据GB50057-2010建筑物防雷设计规范,文章探讨了新建住宅建筑物的防雷竣工检测要点,检测内容主要包括接闪器、引下线、接地装置、等电位连接和浪涌保护器,并给出检测顺序的建议。According to the design specifications of building lightning protector of GB50057-2010, the paper discussed the main detecting content of lightning protection of new construction. The main detecting content includes air termination, downlead, ground- ing device, equipotential connection and surge protective devices. Meanwhile, the paper suggests testing order.
