摘　　要：技术转移是科技创新的重要环节。高校技术转移中心既依托高校,又是相对独立的经济实体,能够很好地将高校专利成果与市场连接,可以作为托管机构帮助高校进行专利托管,尤其适合作为高校职务发明的指定托管机构,运用完全托管模式对专利财产权进行处置。为充分发挥高校技术转移中心在专利成果转化中的作用,我们还需要完善相关法制环境、成立行业协会、提升专业人才职业化水平。Technology transfer is the key point in the process of technological innovation. Although university technology transferring center relies on colleges and universities, it is a relatively independent economic entity. It is able to connect market with patent achievements. It can be used as a trustee to help colleges and universities to patent trust, especially as a specified trustee for service inventions for colleges and universities. It can use the fully trust mode to dispose of the patent rights. To make use of the university technology transfer centers efficiently, we also need to perfect the relevant legal environment, establish industry association and enhance the level of professionalism of professionals.
