摘　　要：目的:了解社区精神分裂症患者照护者心理健康状况,为其心理干预提供依据。方法:采用SCL-90量表对随机抽取的80名符合特定入组标准的精神分裂症患者照护者进行调查。结果:金华市农村精神分裂症患者照护者心理问题总检出率为53.75%,家属照护组SCL-90的躯体化、强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑等五个因子分高于非家属照护组(P<0.05)。结论:社区精神分裂症患者家属照护者存在较严重的心理健康问题,社区应采取有效措施,改善其心理健康状况。Objective： In order to provide a basis for psychological intervention,the mental health status of rural schizophrenics caregivers will be analyzed in Jinhua. Methods： We will use SCL-90 scale to investigate a random sample of 80 patients. Results： Rural schizophrenia caregivers with psychological problems accounted for 53.75%, and the family care group SCL-90 summarization, obsessive-compulsive, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety and other five factor scores were significantly higher than non-family care group. Conclusion： Rural schizophrenics career, especially the family caregiver have more serious mental health problems, the community should take effective measures to improve their mental health.
