摘　　要：文章在研究广州市产学研创新联盟运行的基础上,基于权变理论和博弈理论,用系统分析的方法,建立产学研创新联盟的评价指标体系,为广州的政府、高校、研究院所、企业及科技服务机构在制定下一阶段的创新联盟发展规划提供依据。This paper is on the basic of researching industry-study-research of Guangzhou, based on Contingency theory and game theory, used the method of system analysis, to build the index system of industry-study-research. It can provide a basic for the government, universities, research institutes, enterprises and science and Technology Service Institutions to make the plan of the development of Innovation Alliance.
