摘　　要：对104阀试验台现存的问题进行了分析,提出了对试验方法、硬件结构和软件部分的技术改进方法,改进后的104阀试验台及配套试验方法既能对104阀也能对104电空阀进行准确、全面的性能检测。改进的试验台及程序在全路所有104阀的生产及检修单位得到了推广运用。This paper analyzes The existing problems of the 104 valve test bed, put forward the improvement methods on the test method, hardware structure and the software part of the technology, improv 104 valve test bench and matching test method, it also accurate, comprehensive performance test of 104-1 valve. Test bench and process improvement has been used in the production and maintenance of the railway all 104 valve unit.
