摘  要:介绍了具有产生一定指标的正弦波,并能检测待测模块的输出信号的系统。以DDS正弦波发生器产生一定指标的正弦波信号为基础,将此信号送入待测模块,对待测模块的输出模拟信号进行A/D模数转换,采用以STM32F系列作为主控芯片,处理A/D转换数字结果,以完成对模拟信号的频率、峰值等相关信息的测量和读取,并将结果通过串口通讯在上位机显示。This paper designs a system which has the function of producing sine wave with a certain quota and check the output signal of the under test. The design of the proposed system is based on a DDS sine wave generator which could produce a sine wave signal with a certain quota, this signal fed to the under test module, the output analog signal of the under test module send to A/D analog-digital converter, which is willing to use the STM32 F series as the main chip to process the digital result of A/D converter, to complete the measuring and reading of the analog signal's frequency, peak and other related information, and the all results are displayed in the serial communication via PC.
