摘  要:研究目的:探讨间歇性无氧运动后血清乳酸值对Ca2+浓度变化的影响。研究方法:对健康雄性SD大鼠施以间歇性无氧运动干预,然后采用半自动生化分析仪测定血乳酸值和钙离子含量,分析间歇性无氧运动中血乳酸值对骨骼肌胞浆钙稳态的影响。结果:短间歇组与对照组相比,运动后1小时,大鼠血乳酸值有升高的趋势,血清总钙变化幅度不明显,血清游离钙有下降的趋势;运动后24小时,血乳酸值有显著性差异,血清总钙有明显差异,血清游离钙有极显著性差异;运动后48小时,血乳酸值没有显著性差异,血清总钙、血清游离钙的差异仍然存在;长间歇组则无显著性差异。结论:间歇运动可使肌浆网和线粒体转运Ca2+能力下降,并使胞浆Ca2+聚积,进而导致骨骼肌疲劳。Objective: To investigate the effect of serum lactate value on Ca2+ concentration changes after intermittent anaerobic exercise,which has theoretical significance of the formation mechanism of exercise-induced fatigue. Methods: Healthy male SD rats were subjected to intermittent anaerobic exercise; by adopting semi-automatic biochemical analyzer to determine blood lactate and the content of calcium ion,analyze the influence of blood lactate values in intermittent anaerobic exercise on skeletal muscle cytosolic calcium homeostasis. Results:Compare short intermittent group with the control group,one hour after exercise,rat blood lactate values are increasing trend,the magnitude of serum total calcium has no significant change,serum free calcium has declined;24 hours after exercise,blood lactate values are significantly different,there are significant differences in total serum calcium and serum free calcium; 48 hours after exercise,there was no significant difference in blood lactate,there are differences in total serum calcium and serum free calcium; long intermittent group has no significant difference. The conclusion is that exercise makes the sarcoplasmic reticulum and mitochondria Ca2 +transport capacity decline and makes cytosolic Ca2+ accumulate,leading to skeletal muscle fatigue.
