摘 要:横档是稀薄织物易显、常见且不易解决的技术难题。文章从纱线受力的物理特性、织机速度变化引起打纬力不足的动力学原理以及有梭织机机构存在的先天缺陷等方面,系统分析了产生横档的机理;提出了优化工艺、设备改造、操作培训及提高原纱质量等综合措施,为解决稀薄织物的横档问题提供思路;认为采用喷气织机是解决横档问题的根本出路。Barre is a common difficult technical problem of thin fabric. This paper analyzes systematically the mechanism about how barre appears in the respects of physical properties of yarn stress, the dynamics of the lack of beating-up force which is caused by loom speed change and congenital defects existing in the shuttle loom etc. The paper also puts forward the comprehensive measures such as process optimization, equipment modification, operation training and improving the quality of the original yarn so as to provide thought for solving barre problem of thin fabric. This paper also points out that air-jet loom is the fundamental way to solve the barre problem.
