摘　　要：《史记杂志》是《读书杂志》的重要篇目,然而其研究却尚有余地,从双行小注为角度,探讨其注释内容、注释特点和注释意义,可深入把握王念孙的注释观:内容上可分为述来源、标断句、补例证、释字词、考异同和纠谬误六方面;目的上可分为训诂字音、字形和字义,校勘讹文、脱文、衍文、倒文和断句等方面。这对现代注释仍有重大启示作用。Shi Ji Za Zhi is one of the most important parts of Du Shu Za Zhi, but there is still room for its research. Base on the double row of small note, its content, features and significance are discussed to grasp Wang Niansun＇s comment concept. In terms of content, it can be divided into elaborating sources, marking punctuations, making illustrations, interpreting words, comparing similarities and differences and correcting errors. In terms of purpose, it can be divided into interpreting pronunciations, shapes and meanings, collating E Wen, Tuo Wen, Yan Wen, Dao Wen and punctuations. This will make great significance in the modern comments.
