摘  要:当前世界高性能纤维与复合材料领域已形成美、日、欧盟、中和俄的五极格局,而新型发展国家也开始重视主要高性能纤维及其复合材料的发展。本文以聚丙烯腈基碳纤维(PAN-CF)及复合材料(CFRP)、中间相沥青基碳纤维(MP-CF)、芳酰胺纤维(ARF)、超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)等为例,全面介绍了全球高性能纤维材料领域的最新发展动态及应用实例,同时指出我国应不断创新生产工艺技术,深入开展应用研究与市场开发研究,实现高性能纤维的高效化、高性能化、低成本化生产。Currently, the world high-pertbrmance fibers and composites circle has formed a five-polar pattern led by the United States, Japan, EU, China and Russia and meanwhile emerging economies start to play emphasis on developing high-performance fibers and composites. This paper, by taking polyacrylonitrile carbon fiber (PAN-CF) and carbon fiber-reinfbrced plastic (CFRP), mesophase pitch-based carbon fiber (MP- CF), aramid fiber (ARF) and ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) for examples, makes an overview on the latest development of global high-performance fiber industry based on case study. It points out that China should constantly improve production process and technology and make profound study on related ap'plications and markets, so as to realize high-efficiency, high-performance and low-cost production of high-performance fibers.
