摘　　要：患者道德权利的实现与保护具有重要意义。当前,患者道德权利越来越得到重视。同时,道德权利实现与患者的期望值相差甚远,患者道德权利遭受侵害诱发的恶性事件频繁发生。促进患者道德权利的实现与保护需要深化医疗卫生体制改革,提高医德水平与医学人文素养,完善医院工作制度。The realization and protection of patients＇ moral rights is essential.At present, it＇ s a trend that the realization and protection of pa-tients＇ moral rights is being enhanced while it＇ s a fact that it is far from the patients＇ expectation.Many vicious events occur frequently nowadays, which caused by the violation of patients＇ moral rights.As a consequence, we must fundamentally deepen the reform of the medical system to cre-ate a sound environment, and we should guarantee the improvement of the level of medical ethics and medical humanities .Furthermore, improve-ment of hospital work mechanism is needed to explore the effective path .
