摘　　要：医院软实力建设对实现医院可持续发展具有重要的意义和价值。本文从医院综合实力出发,运用共轭分析法,从物的共轭性角度,即物质性、系统性、动态性和对立性4个方面,全面分析了医院软实力的影响因素,并对分析得到的医院软实力的虚实部、软硬部、潜显部和负正部,4对共轭部进行共轭部变换,生成建设医院软实力的策略集,为建设医院软实力提供政策建议。The construction of hospital soft power is of great significance and value to realize the sustainable development of hospital .The in-fluencing factors of hospital soft power are analyzed comprehensively from the four perspectives of corporality , systematisms, dynamic and antago-nism, using conjugate analysis method.And the four pairs of conjugate parts of hospital soft power analyzed,namely imaginary and real parts, soft and hard parts, latent and appeared parts, negative and positive parts, are implemented conjugate transformation, consequently the strategy set of constructing hospital soft power is generated.
