摘　　要：目的:通过对黑龙江省某医学院校卫生管理专业管理学课程教学满意度的研究,找出教学中的不足。方法:采取随机整群抽样的方法选取研究对象进行问卷调查,利用Excel描述和Ridit方法分析数据。结果:学生最不满意的前3位是不能选择适当的教学方法、没有充分挖掘学生潜力和教学内容更新不及时,分别占28.8%、28.0%和22.0%。结论:学生对教学态度和内容的整体满意度较好,应开发和选择适当的教学模式,注重挖掘学生的潜力和培养学生启发创新精神。Objective： To find out the teaching states by study in health management major .Methods：Samples were selected by the strati-fied random method and surveyed with questionnaire.The data was described and analyzed with software of Excel and Ridit method.Results： In the process of teaching, the three most dissatisfied, respectively, is not choosing the appropriate teaching mode, not fully exerting students＇ poten-tial and update teaching content in time,respectively are 28.8%,28.0% and 22.0%.Conclusion： Overall satisfaction of teaching attitude and content is better.Appropriate teaching mode should be developed and chosen.Exerting the potential of students and training students to inspire in-novative spirit also should be paid more attention to .
