摘　　要：法律文化是一种凝结在法律观念、法律制度中的文化因素,是传承行为习惯的重要工具。医疗行业关乎公民的最基本人权——生命权与健康权,是最需要人文关怀的,因而也是最需要从业者展示良好人文素质的领域。法律文化通过制度法文化的规制与观念法文化的浸润,不但使医学生明确医务工作者的行为准则与法律责任,而且在人文观念方面,培养医学生具备牢固的人权理念、公平正义的法律思维和秩序的法律意识,使其成为建构医学生人文素质的重要组成部分。Legal culture is a kind of cultural factor condensation in the legal concept, and legal system, is the important tool of inheriting be-havior.The medical profession is about citizen＇ s basic human rights： the right of life and the right to health is the most need of humanistic care, and hence the most need of humanistic quality of the practitioners to show .Legal culture throng regulation of the system law culture and infiltration of the concept law culture, not only to make the medical students clear stands of behavior and legal liability of medical workers, but also in the as-pect of humanistic ideas, cultivating medical students in the target of strong concept of human rights, the legal consciousness of fairness and jus-tice, order, make it become an important part of medical students＇ humanistic quality.
