关系嵌入性、网络能力与服务创新绩效关系的实证研究

摘　　要：基于嵌入性理论和网络能力理论,构建了关系嵌入性、网络能力及服务创新绩效三者之间关系的理论模型,并以华南地区243家典型服务型企业为调查对象收集数据,运用结构方程模型,探讨了企业的关系嵌入性和网络能力分别对服务创新绩效的影响,以及网络能力在关系嵌入性和服务创新绩效之间的中介作用。研究结果表明,关系嵌入性和网络能力对服务创新绩效均有显著的正向影响,而网络能力完全中介了关系嵌入性和服务创新绩效之间的关系。Based on embeddedness theory and network competence theory, this paper establishes a theoretical framework a- bout relational embeddedness, network competence and service innovation performance with a survey of 243 typical service enterprises in South China to investigate the interrelations among them. Results reveal that both relational embeddedness and network competence are positively related to service innovation performance; network competence has a fully mediating effect on the relationship of relational embeddedness and service innovation performance.
