摘　　要：采用问卷调查法,以面对面访谈、电话访谈或电子邮件形式调查我国制造业550家大中型企业的绿色工艺创新现状,掌握其对绿色工艺创新重视程度、绿色工艺创新目的和动机、人员和经费投入、成本和效益、困境和措施等状况。从创新程度、创新资源和能力、创新引导主体三个维度总结归纳设计出渐进式和激进式的创新路径,自主型、模仿型和合作型的创新路径,员工主导、企业家主导和政府主导的创新路径共八种基本路径,提出每种路径选择的建议。The paper explores the status of manufacturing green process innovation by questionnaire of 550 large and medi- um-sized manufacturing enterprises in China. It grasps the situation of the emphasis on green process innovation, the pur- pose and motivation of green process innovation, the investment of personnel and funds of green process innovation, the cost and benefit, the difficulties and measures, etc. I it designs the paths of green process innovation from the dimensions that are the degree of innovation, the resources and capacity of innovation, the guide bodies of the innovation. It summarizes and designs the radical innovation paths that are radical and cumulative innovation path, independent, imitative and cooperative innovation path, employee-led, entrepreneur-led and government-led innovation path, and presents advices about the inno- vation paths selection.
