渔业经济转型对渔村妇女就业的影响研究——以上海金山嘴渔村为例

摘　　要：近年来,在渔业经济转型的背景下,得益于渔村传统经济模式多元化发展,渔村妇女就业情况有所转变。论文以上海金山嘴渔村发展为例,通过对该地区的走访调研和考察,发掘和分析目前渔村妇女就业的问题所在。采用文献综述法和抽样问卷等方法,着眼于渔业经济转型的过程中渔村妇女参与渔村发展变化,分析妇女劳动力在渔村经济社会发展中的就业情况与存在的问题,提出了提高妇女素质、优化渔村设备和管理、充分发展文化产业和利用渔业资源等建议与对策,以此来进一步提高渔村妇女就业水平,从而推动渔村的经济发展。In recent years, the female employment situation has changed which was benefited by diversification of traditional economic model of the fishing villages under the background of the fishery economic transformation. This paper is a case study in Shanghai Jin-shanzui fishing village, exploring and analyzing the current problems of women employment in fishing village through field study. Using literature review and sampling methods such as questionnaires, it focuses on the developments and changes of participation of women~ in the process of economic transformation fishery so as to analyze problems about labor of women employment in the fishing village during the course of economic and social development. There are some suggestions and strategies such as enhancing the quality of women, fishing equipment improvement and management optimization, full development of cultural industries and the use of fisheries resources in order to promote the economic development of the fishing village.
