摘　　要：科技中介服务体系是推进科技成果产业化的重要环节。不断培育和完善科技中介服务体系、促进科技中介服务机构健康发展、促进科技创新向深度和广度发展、提升区域科技创新能力,成为科技部门的重要课题。文章从剖析张家港市推进科技中介服务体系建设的实践入手,分析了其中存在的问题和不足,提出了加大政策扶持、加强大数据的开发利用、开展跨国技术转移、促进生产力促进中心错位发展、提升创新载体管理服务水平等8个方面的思考和建议,供各方参考,与同行商榷。The scientific and technological intermediary service system is the important hnk oI promoting changing scientific and technological achievements into industrial production. It has become the important problem of the scientific and technological administrational department of the government to continuous cherish and complete the scientific and technological intermediary service system, promote the healthy development of the scientific and technological intermediary service organizations, promote developing scientific and technological innovation development in depth and width. The thesis analyses the existing problems and shortages from the practice of setting up and developing the scientific and technological intermediary service system of Zhangjiagang City＇s and put forward eight suggests, such as strengthening the supporting policies, developing and using big data, carrying out transnational technology transference, developing the Productivity Promoting Center in different characters, advancing the management and service level of innovation parks and so on, to provide the same occupation for referencing and discussing.
