摘　　要：介绍陆德铭教授辨治乳腺癌术后转移的经验。认为其病因病机为正气虚损、余毒未尽;治疗原则为扶正祛邪、调和阴阳;临床治疗注重病证结合,运用专病专方,结合兼证灵活化裁,同时强调情志调摄和饮食调理。并附验案1则。This article introduces Prof. Lu Deming＇ s experience in differentiating and treating postoperative metastatic breast cancer. It is believed that deficiency of healthy qi and residual poison are the etiology and pathogenesis; reinforcing the healthy qi and regulating yin and yang are the therapeutic principles; combination of diseases and syndromes differentiation, and the flexible application of classical formula should be paid attention to in clinic. Simultaneously, regulating emotions and diet should be emphasized. One prove case is presented.
