摘　　要：介绍房定亚教授治疗皮肤血管炎的临床经验。认为应辨病与辨证并举,专病专方论治;热入营血、损伤络脉者,予清热解毒凉血之犀角地黄汤;营血不足、风毒外袭者,予养血祛风之当归饮子;湿热毒邪壅滞者,予清热利湿解表之麻黄连翘赤小豆汤。并举验案3则。This paper introduces Prof. Fang＇s experience in treating cutaneous vasculitis related to immunity with special prescriptions. It is argued that disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation should be considered simultaneously, and treats special disease with special prescription. The representative prescription ＂Xijiao Dihuang Decoction＂ with the function of clearing heat, dissipating toxin and cooling blood should be used. Patients with insufficiency of blood, external invasion of wind toxin should be treated with ＂Danggui Syrup＂ to nourish blood and eliminate wind; patients with damp heat and stagnated toxin should be treated with ＂Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Decoction＂ to clear heat and resolve damp. Three proven cases are presented.
