摘　　要：介绍时燕萍教授治疗痛经的经验。将痛经分为原发性痛经与继发性痛经进行辨治,前者多见肝郁证,以痛经汤加减治疗;后者多见寒凝血瘀证,以辛桂止痛方加减治疗。并各举验案1则。This paper introduces Prof. Shi＇ s clinical experience with dysmenorrheal. It is argued that dysmenorrheal can be divided into two types of primary dysmenorrheal and secondary dysmenorrheal. The former one can be seen in liver depression pattern and should be treated with modified ＂Tongjing Decoction＂ ; the later one can be seen in cold stagnation and blood stasis pattern, which can be treated with modified ＂Xingui Zhitoug Formula＂. One proven case is presented respectively.
