粉刺性乳痈患者T淋巴细胞、免疫球蛋白水平变化及中医综合疗法对其影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨粉刺性乳痈患者T淋巴细胞、免疫球蛋白水平的变化情况,观察中医综合疗法的临床疗效及其对相关免疫指标的影响。方法 1以30例健康女性志愿者为正常组,观察60例患者(治疗组)T淋巴细胞、免疫球蛋白水平的变化情况。2治疗组患者采用中医综合疗法(手术、疏肝清热中药内服、中药外治)进行治疗,疗程为2个月;观察临床疗效及其对T淋巴细胞、免疫球蛋白水平的影响。结果 1治疗后,治疗组患者全部治愈,总有效率达100%。2治疗组治疗前与正常组比较,CD4+、CD8+水平降低;组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后与本组治疗前比较,CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3治疗组治疗前与正常组比较,Ig G水平升高;组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后与本组治疗前比较,Ig G、Ig A水平降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论粉刺性乳痈与免疫平衡紊乱有关,中医综合疗法对粉刺性乳痈外周血T淋巴细胞和免疫球蛋白具有调节作用。Objective To observe the of combining therapy of Chinese medicine on T-lymphocyte and immune globulin in patients with acute mastitis. Methods ①Thirty female patients as the normal group, and we observed the changes of T-lymphocyte and immune globulin in 60 cases. ② Patients in the treatment group was treated with combining therapy of Chinese medicine for 2 months. The clinical efficacy, and T-lymphocyte and immune globulin were observed. Results ③After treatment, all patients in the treatment group were observed, and the total effective rate was 100%. ④Before treatment, there were significant differences in the levels of CD4 ＋ and CD8 ＋ between the two groups （ P 〈0.05 ） ; in the treatment group, there were significant differences in the levels of CD3 ＋ , CD4 ＋ , and CD4 ＋/CD8 ＋ between before and after treatment （ P 〈0.05 ）. ⑤There were significant differences in the IgG level between the two groups （P 〈0.05 ）. There were significant differences in the IgG and IgA levels between before and after treatment （P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Acute mastitis has close relationship with disorder of immunologic balance, and combining therapy of Chinese medicine has regulatory effect on T-lymphocyte and immune globulin in patients with acute mastitis.
