补肾活血方对复发性流产患者封闭抗体影响的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察补肾活血方治疗复发性流产的临床疗效。方法将74例复发性流产患者随机分为治疗组(39例)与对照组(35例)。治疗组予补肾活血方治疗,对照组予补肾固冲丸治疗。两组疗程均为4周,观察临床疗效,随访顺产情况,比较血清绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)、孕酮(P)及封闭抗体(BA)的变化情况。结果 1治疗组、对照组临床总有效率分别为94.87%和82.86%;组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组内比较,两组孕6周、7周、8周、9周血HCG水平较治疗前差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),各孕周血P水平较治疗前差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组间同期比较,孕7周、8周、9周血HCG水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而各孕周血P水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3治疗2周后与治疗前组内比较,两组BE-Ab1、BE-Ab2水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而抗CD3-BE、抗CD4-BE、抗CD8-BE水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2周后组间比较,BE-Ab1、BE-Ab2水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而抗CD3-BE、抗CD4-BE、抗CD8-BE水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。4随访期间,治疗组35例顺利生产,对照组29例顺利生产;两组顺产率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论补肾活血方治疗复发性流产的疗效满意,保胎作用显著。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Bushen Huoxue Decoction＂ for the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion. Methods Seventy-four cases with recurrent spontaneous abortion were randomized into treatment group （ n = 39 ） and control group （ n = 35 ）. Treatment group was treated with ＂Bushen Huoxue Decoction＂ and control group was treated with ＂Bushen Guchong Pills＂, with the course of 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy was observed. Condition of natural labor was follow-up visited, and changes of blood HCG, progesterone and blocking antibody were compared before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate was 94.87% in the treatment group and 82.86% in the control group, with a difference between the two groups（ P 〈 0.05 ）. ②After treatment, levels of blood HCG was increased along with the increase of gestational age （ P 〈 0.05 ）, while blood P levels showed less correlation with time in both groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. And during 7-9 gestational weeks, there was significant difference in the blood HCG levels between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and no difference was found in blood P level between the two groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. ③ There were significant differences in the levels of BE-Abl and BE-Ab2 between treated for 2 weeks and before treatment in both groups （P 〈 0.05 ）, but no significant difference was found in the levels of anti-CD3-BE, anti-CIM-BE and anti-CDS-BE in both groups （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; after 2 weeks treatment, there were significant differences in the levels of BE-Abl and BE-Ab2 between the groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）, while no significant difference was found in the levels of anti-CD3-BE, anti-CD4-BE and anti-CDS-BE between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. ④ Thirty-five cases deliveried in the treatment group and 29 cases in the control group.
