三色膏联合几丁糖治疗膝骨关节炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察三色膏联合几丁糖治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法将120例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。两组均给予关节腔灌洗治疗,对照组同时应用几丁糖关节腔内注射,观察组应用几丁糖关节腔内注射和三色膏外敷,疗程6周。结果观察组总有效率为93.3%,对照组为71.7%;两组临床疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组WOMAC评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论三色膏联合几丁糖治疗膝骨关节炎可提高临床疗效,改善关节功能。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of three-colored cream and chitosan for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods One hundred and twenty cases with knee osteoarthritis were randomized into observation group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with articular cavity lavage therapy ; simultaneously, the control group was treated with ehitosan by intra-articular injection, and the observation group was treated with intra- articular injection of chitosan and external application of three-colored cream, with the course of 6 weeks. Results The total effective rate was 93.3% in the observation group and 71.7% in the control group, with a difference between the two groups （P 〈0.05 ）. After treatment, the WOMAC scores were decreased in both two groups （ P 〈0.05 ）, and WOMAC score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Combined three- colored cream and chitosan has positive effect in improving the clinical efficiency and the function of joints for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
