桂枝茯苓丸治疗血瘀型痛经的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨桂枝茯苓丸对痛经模型的治疗作用。方法采用大鼠静脉注射缩宫素的方法,观察桂枝茯苓丸对大鼠在体子宫平滑肌的影响;采用腹腔注射缩宫素复制小鼠痛经模型,观察桂枝茯苓丸对痛经模型小鼠的影响;采用毛细玻璃管法,观察桂枝茯苓丸对小鼠凝血时间的影响;采用冰水浴及腹腔注射肾上腺素的方法造成大鼠急性血瘀模型,观察桂枝茯苓丸对血液流变学的影响;采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀,观察桂枝茯苓丸的抗炎作用。结果与模型组比较,桂枝茯苓丸各给药组在体子宫平滑肌收缩幅度明显降低(P<0.05),小鼠15 min内扭体反应发生次数明显减少(P<0.05),小鼠凝血时间明显延长(P<0.05);全血黏度、血浆黏度、血沉、红细胞电泳时间均明显降低(P<0.05),凝血酶原时间明显延长(P<0.05);桂枝茯苓丸高、中剂量组小鼠耳肿胀程度明显减小(P<0.05)。结论桂枝茯苓丸可明显抑制大鼠在体子宫平滑肌过度收缩,具有止痛、抗凝、改善血液流变状态及抗炎等作用,对痛经具有很好的治疗作用。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of ＂Guizhi Fuling Pills＂ in treating dysmenorrheal models. Methods Take the method of intravenous of oxytocin to rats, to observe the effect of ＂ Guizhi Fuling Pills＂ on rats ＇ uterine smooth muscle in vivo ; the rat models of dysmenorrhea were established by intraperitoneal injection of oxytocin, to observe the effect of ＂Guizhi Fuling Pills＂ on dysmenorrhea modeld ; by using capillary glass tube method, we observed the influence of ＂Guizhi Fuling Pills＂ on blood clotting time in mice ; acute blood stasis rat models were established by the method of ice water bath and intraperitoneal injection of epinephrine. Observed the hemorheological effects of ＂Guizhi Fuling Pills＂ and the anti-inflammatory action of ＂ Guizhi Fuling Pills＂ on mice ear swelling induced by xylene. Results Compared with the model group, uterine smooth muscle contraction in vivo of each dose group treated with ＂Guizhi Fuling Pills＂ were decreased obviously （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; number of mice body torsion reaction occurred within 15 rain were obviously decreased （ P 〈0. 05 ） and blood clotting time in mice were significantly prolonged （P 〈0. 05 ） ; the blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR） and erythrocyte eleetrophoresis time （EET） were reduced significantly （ P 〈0. 05 ） , and the prothrombin time was prolonged （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; mice ear swelling in high, middle dose group treated with ＂Guizhi Fuling Pills＂ was significantly reduced （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ＂Guizhi Fnling Pills＂ has obvious effects on inhibition of excessive contraction of rats uterine smooth muscle in vivo, analgesia, anticoagulation and anti-inflammation, and have good therapeutic effects on dysmenorrhea.
