摘　　要：整理近年针刺治疗帕金森病的文献资料,从临床疗效、作用机制等方面综述头针治疗帕金森病的研究进展。认为头针能有效改善帕金森病引起的运动症状、认知障碍及精神症状,延缓病程,提高患者生活质量。This article reviews the literatures on treatment of Parkinson＇ s disease （PD） by acupuncture in recent 15 years and expounds the research progress of scalp acupuncture for PD from the aspects of clinical symptoms and mechanisms. It is believed that scalp acupuncture therapy can effectively relieve the motor symptoms, cognitive impairment and mental symptoms caused by PD, delay the course of the disease and improve the quality of life for PD patients.
