摘　　要：分布式多层数据库开发技术已经成为开发数据库应用系统的主流技术。以Delphi的C/S架构为平台,通过采用桌面型Access数据库,搭建了小型OA网络数据库系统。最后给出了一种基于MIDAS的支持三层C/S应用程序开发的同网及跨网的数据库发布方法,详细说明了这种跨网络数据库的具体结构及应用并通过实验证明了该方法的可行。Distributed multi-tier database technology has become the mainstream technology in developing the application sys-tem of database.The article was based on platform of C/S architecture in Delphi and used the desktop Access database to set up a small network database of OA system.Finally,this paper introduced the release of database of the same network and across a different networks of three layers of C/S application development？ based on MIDAS and illustrated the concrete structure and application？ of the database about across a different networks in detail.In the end,the article proves the effectiveness of this ap-proach through the experiment.
