基于DEA的临床科室医疗投入利用效率评价

摘　　要：基于我院2014年1-9月临床科室数据和DEA方法,评价我院临床科室医疗投入的利用效率。结果显示,我院临床科室虽然努力增收节支,但医疗资源的整体利用效率不高。本文在分析DEA评价数据的基础上,为相对无效的临床科室提出一些有针对性的建议,以期对临床科室的持续改进及医疗资源的有效配置提供参考。Based on our hospital clinical departments data from January to September of 2014 and DEA approach to evaluate medical input and output efficiency. The results show that our hospital clinical departments try to increase revenue, but the overall medical resources efficiency is not high. Based on the DEA analysis, we make some specific recommendations for relatively ineffective clinical departments, in order to provide reference for the continuous improvement of clinical departments and the efficient allocation of medical resources.
