摘 要:为了研究磁流变振动系统的动态性能,选择其最优的工作参数,提出SWB切片谱-矩分析结合新方法,绘制了SWB切片谱矩-工况参数关系曲线,建立了谱矩-减振效率的估计模型,分析了系统不同工作条件下振动信号的时频特性变化。分析结果表明,SWB切片谱的矩分析克服单纯时频分析的缺陷,实现了谱图的自动定量准确识读,减小了人工状态识别的主观性和工作量;振动系统的SWB对角切片谱图特征-各阶矩特征-减振效率间存在明显的相关性,SWB切片谱矩结合为振动系统选取了最优工况参数,谱矩-减振效率的估计模型为系统性能预测提供了可靠的依据,谱矩结合方法适用推广于一般机械振动设备的状态识别。In order to study the dynamic performance of magnetorheological(MR)vibrating system, choosing the opti-mum working parameters, new analysis method combined with SWB slice spectrum-moment is presented.The relative curve between SWB slice spectrum-moment and state parameter is mapped, the estimation model between SWB slice spectrum-moment and damping efficiency is built, and time-frequency characteristic change of vibration signal is ana-lyzed under different working conditions of the system.The analysis results show that the defect of simple time-fre-quency analysis is overcome, and the spectrum can be automatically quantitative accurate read by using moment anal-ysis of SWB slice spectrum.Then the workload and subjectivity of artificial state recognition are reduced.There is obvious correlation between the damping efficiency, spectrum features and each order moment features of SWB diago-nal slice.The optimum working parameters for the vibration system are selected by the combination of SWB slice spectrum and its moment, estimation model of spectral moment-damping efficiency for the system is provided as the reliable reference of performance prediction.The spectrum-moment method is suitable for status identification in gen-eral mechanical vibration equipment.
