摘  要:为解决掺杂煤炭快速识别问题,提出了一种基于交流阻抗的掺杂煤炭快速识别方法。介绍了检测与识别系统原理和组成;以阻抗测量值与煤炭含水率为输入,构建了一种基于多元非线性回归的掺杂煤炭交流阻抗信息融合模型,给出了基于最小二乘法(LSM)的模型参数求解方法,解决了煤炭含水率对交流阻抗的影响;通过构造基于阻抗相对误差的掺假煤炭判决方法,完成了掺杂煤炭识别。在激励源信号频率为2kHz的情况下,对系统进行了标定实验及测试实验,实验结果表明了这种基于交流阻抗的掺杂煤炭识别方法准确、有效。A novel fast recognition method for doped coal based on AC impedance is proposed in this paper.Firstly, the principle of the detection system is introduced.Secondly, the information fusion model of the coal’s AC imped-ance based on multivariant nonlinear regression is constructed by using the coal’ s water ratio and its AC impedance, and then the method for solving the model’s parameters with Least Square Method (LSM) is established, which can compensate the error resulting from the coal’ s water ratio.Finally, the decision method for doped coal is proposed based on the relative error of the coal’s AC impedance.The calibration and testing experiments are implemented with the 2kHz-frequency driving signal source, and the experimental results verify the effectivity and the accuracy of this proposed method.
