摘　　要：行星齿轮机构是轮边减速器的关键部件。本文以某公司新开发的轮边减速器为模型,在SolidWorks中建立其三维模型,运用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件对其进行接触应力分析,查找其薄弱环节。仿真分析结果与台架试验结果基本一致,为轮边减速器的设计提供参考和指导。The planetary gear mechanism is the key part of wheel reductor. According to a new-developed wheel reducer of a company, its three-dimension model is established by Solidworks, and the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench is used to do contact stress analysis and to find out the weak points. The results of finite element analysis and bench test are nearly consistent, this can provide the reference and guidance for the design of wheel reductor.
