摘 要:阀门的开启力是阀门强度设计的重要依据,同时也是阀门启闭控制系统设计的基础。针对先导式深海通海阀的开启力变化规律,分别运用仿真与试验的方法对所研究的深海通海阀在开关阀过程中阀杆受力的变化规律,以及有无先导孔条件下开阀力大小进行了研究,得到了相关规律及开阀过程中最大开阀力值。研究结果表明,先导孔在整个开阀过程中能减少开阀力,并且有先导孔结构开阀力变化更平稳。所得结论及试验方法对于该型先导式通海阀研究具有重要的参考意义。The opening force of a valve is an important basis for designing the valve strength and opening and clos-ing the control system of this valve.It focuses on the change law of the opening force of the pilot-operated deep-sea outboard valve as well as simulation and experiment methods.This paper studies the change law of the force acting on valve stem in the process of opening and closing the valve, and conducts a comparative study on the valve open-ing force under the condition with and without pilot-operated holes.The relevant law and the largest opening force are attained.The results showed that the pilot hole can reduce the opening force of this valve in the process of open-ing.The change of opening force becomes smoother because of the pilot hole.The acquired conclusion and method can be an important significance for the research of such pilot-operated outboard valve.
