柞蚕成虫交配时长对卵期主要性状的影响

摘　　要：为掌握柞蚕成虫最佳交配时长,进行了单因素(时长)随机区组试验。发现成虫交配时长少于12h,第一日产出卵率、第二日产出卵率和不受精卵率在同一时长段内不同个体间存在较大差异,交配时长等于或大于12h,对不受精卵率、第一日产出卵率和第二日产出卵率均无明显影响。We used single factor experiment with randomized block design to explore the optimal copulation duration of tus‐sah imago .The result showed that the first day and second day of egg output rate ,as well as the rate of unfertilized egg had larger difference among different individuals at the same period if the copulation duration of imago was less than 12 hours ,but the copulation duration not had obvious effect on the rate of unfertilized egg ,the first day and second day of egg output rate if it was equal to or more than 12 hours.
