摘 要:云南某难选铜矿石属低品位高结合率氧化铜矿,采用选冶联合工艺实现了对该铜矿的高效回收.浮选试验研究表明,磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占80%,调整剂水玻璃用量800 g/t,组合捕收剂丁黄药+异戊黄(1∶1)用量240 g/t,铜回收指标最佳,经二粗二精闭路试验获得的铜精矿中铜品位9.17%,回收率17.76%.浮选尾矿经磁选除铁,磁选尾矿采用硫酸浸出,当磨矿细度为-0.045 mm占54%,硫酸用量60 kg/t,液固比3∶1,转速250 r/min,浸出温度45℃,浸出时间2h时,铜浸出率为81.88%,铜的综合回收率达86.55%.A refractory low-grade oxide copper ore from Yunnan which contains large amounts of combined cop-per is studied.Efficient recovery of copper is obtained by united technology of beneficiation and metallurgy.Flo-tation experiments show that with the grinding fineness of -0.074 mm 80%,the sodium silicate dosage 800 g/t,the combination collector of butyl xanthate and isoamyl xanthate (1 ∶1 )dosage 240 g/t,the optimal copper re-covery and grade of the concentrate are 1 7.76% and 9.1 7%,respectively.Iron in flotation tailings is removed by magnetic separation,and the tailings are leaching with sulfuric acid.The copper leaching rate of 81 .88% is obtained with the grinding fineness of -0.045 mm 54%,the sulfuric acid dosage 60 kg/t,the liquid -solid ra-tio 3∶1 ,the speed 250 r/min,the temperature 45℃,the leaching time 2 h,and the total recovery of copper is 86.55%.
