摘　　要：健康的森林需要经营,森林经营需要对森林生态系统的特性进行分析,三者密不可分;从森林健康经营理念出发,提出了从森林结构和功能的健康为出发点的森林健康经营体系及框架,并进一步从林分和景观两个层次提出了森林健康经营技术,提出包含了三者的关系的森林健康概念;森林健康经营需形成一套独立的理论体系和实践应用方法,从而在理论和技术上指导森林健康经营和多功能利用。In this paper, the conception of forest health was put forward based on analyzing the characteristics of forest ecological system and understanding of forest management. Forest management ideas were studied, and forest health management system and framework were put forward from the point of forest structure and function health, management techniques of forest health were also proposed from two levels of stand and landscape. At last, concluded that we need to establish the theoretical system and practical application methods conform to the forest health management, It would provide a theoretical and technical support for forest health management and forest multifunctional use.
