摘 要:目的探讨筋骨草甾酮对大鼠血脂的影响。方法采用高血脂饲料建立高血脂大鼠模型,用模型大鼠与对照大鼠添加筋骨草甾酮做试验,分析筋骨草甾酮调血脂作用效果。结果试验雌雄大鼠的总胆固醇(TC)分别是1.70,1.05 mmol/L,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)分别是0.68,0.41 mmol/L,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)分别是0.28,0.19 mmol/L,极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(VDLC)分别是0.69,0.45 mmol/L;雌雄个体间达显著差异以上水平。结论筋骨草甾酮可影响大鼠血脂水平。Objective To study the effect of Ajuga decumbens ketosteroid on the blood lipid level of rat. Methods The hyperlipidemia rat model was established by feeding the high fat feedstuff. The tests of model rats and test rats were conducted to analyzing the effect of Ajuga decumbens ketosteroid on blood lipid of rat. Results The values of TC in the test group were 1. 70 mmol/L for female rats and 1. 05 mmol/L for male rats;HDL-C were 0. 68 mmol/L for female rats and 0. 41 mmol/L for male rats;LDL-C were 0. 28 mmol/L for female rats and 0. 19 mmol/L for male rats, VDLC were 0. 69 mmol/L for female rats and 0. 45 mmol/L for male rats. The differences between the male rat and female rat groups were statistically significant. Conclusion Ajuga decumbens ketos-teroid significantly influences the blood lipid level in rat.
