摘　　要：运动员更衣室文化是由更衣室设施、守则及人员关系等构成的文化统一体,是职业体育文化的重要组成部分;良好的更衣室文化在精神层面展现出了保护性、凝聚性与个体性的特性。西方运动员更衣室文化在物质、制度及精神层都发展得比较成熟,基本形成了正能量的文化传统;与西方相比,中国的运动员更衣室文化真正缺少的是建立在职业体育精神之上的"领袖文化"。The locker room culture is a cultural unity composed of locker room＇s facilities,codes and personnel relationship,and it＇s an important part of professional sports culture.Good locker room culture in spirit level showed the characteristics of protective,cohesion and individuality.Western locker room culture has more mature developed in material,institution and spirit aspect,and has basically formed the positive energy cultural tradition.Compared with the west,Chinese locker room culture really lack is ＂leader culture＂which is established on the occupation sports spirit.
