摘　　要：采用堆焊工艺对失效的70Cr3Mo平整支承辊进行修复,并上线进行了工业试用。结果表明,堆焊修复后的平整支承辊无掉块、严重开裂等现象,延长了轧辊的使用寿命;辊面无气孔、裂纹、夹渣等缺陷,辊身各点硬度均匀,各项指标接近新辊水平,修复效果明显。Using welding technology to repair failure 70Cr3 Mo flat backup roll,and online for the industrial trial. The results show that the flat backup roll after surfacing repair without falling,serious cracking phenomena,such as to prolong the life of the roll;roller surface without defects such as porosity,crack and slag inclusion,roll each point hardness is uniform,each index is close to the new roller level,repair effect is obvious.
