摘  要:采用FHPP技术实现了Q235钢的成形连接,所采用金属棒消耗段的直径为φ14mm、预钻孔深为25 mm、孔径φ16 mm。对焊缝附近材料的微观组织进行金相观察和显微硬度测试,发现再结晶部分材料的晶体颗粒细化,焊缝附近再结晶部分材料的显微硬度由中心向两侧升高,在熔合线处降低。结果表明,转速过低导致母材和金属棒无法接合甚至出现马达憋死现象,采用转速为5000 r/min以上、进给速度为0.5 mm/s的组合,可获得较好的焊缝,且焊缝从底部往孔洞顶部方向,质量逐步改善。The Q235 steel was welded by Friction Hydro Pillar Processing(FHPP),the diameter of the consumed metal stud is φ14 mm,the depth and diameter of the pre-drilled hole are 25 mm and φ16 mm respectively. And the microstructure properties of the sample are analyzed by the means of some measuring apparatus,such as optical microscope and microhardness measurement. It transformed into a dynamically recrystallized microstructure with considerably small crystal grain size,the micro-hardness of recrystallized portion increased from the center to the sides reduced the fusion line. The results showed that low rotation gave insufficient bonding,even resulted in stalling of the weld head motor during the welding. The quality of welding joint was better when the rotational speed was5 000 r/min and the feed rate was 0.5 mm/s. The quality of the weld was gradually improved from the bottom to top direction.
