摘 要:针对曙127454兴隆台区块开发中暴露出的油层动用不均、周期产量、油汽比降低以及地层能量不足等问题,通过自生气源、表面活性剂、聚合物复配形成自生泡沫复合驱油技术,应用于超稠油蒸汽吞吐井生产中,自生气源生成大量气体与表面活性剂和聚合物形成高强度活性泡沫,对高渗层位进行有效封堵,同时自生气源生成的CO2和NH3与表面活性剂形成良好的驱油体系,延长油井生产时间,提高油井产量,现场应用18井次,累计增油1.4×104 t,油井采收率得到提高。There are many problems in the development of Shu 127454 Xinglongtai block, such as uneven production cycle, and low oil- steam ratio ,stratum energy shortage and so on. The autogenetic foam composite flooding technology including autogenetic gas source, surfactant and polymer has been used in production of ultra-heavy oil steam stimulation wells. The autogenetic gas source can generate large amounts of gas, and then high intensity activity foam can be formed from generated gas, surfactant and polymer. The foam can effectively block high permeable layers, while CO2, NH3 and surfactant can form a good flooding system to extend well production time and increase oil production. Afterl8 wells and times field application, cumulative oil reaches 1.4 ~ 10^4 tons, the oil recovery is improved.
