摘  要:橡胶防老剂是为了延长橡胶制品的使用寿命,在橡胶中配入一些能抑制老化过程的物质,是胶料的重要组成部分。将橡胶试样用有机溶剂抽提后,经过浓缩,在涂有硅胶的玻璃板上进行点样、展开和显色。然后按形成谱图中斑点的颜色、形状及比移值Rf来确定相应的防老剂。描述了橡胶防老剂测定的操作过程,展示了五种橡胶防老剂测定结果。The function of antioxidant is to extend the life of rubber products, matching some antioxidants into rubber can inhibit the aging process, so the antioxidant is an important part of some rubber products. After solvent extraction of the rubber sample, the concentrated extract need be put on the glass plates coated with silica gel to carry out the spotting, expanding and coloring. Then the antioxidant type can be determined based on color, shape and Rf value of spots in formed spectrum. In this article, the determination procedure of rubber antioxidant was described; determination results of five kinds of rubber antioxidants were obtained.
