摘 要:通过苯乙烯-乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(SEBS)的环氧化反应制备出两性的SEBS,然后用适当的溶剂混合C9石油树脂和古马隆树脂制成胶黏剂,研究了SEBS、增黏树脂、过氧化氢等对胶黏剂剪切强度和剥离强度的影响,并用红外光谱、TG、SEM等对胶黏剂的结构和性能进行了分析。结果表明:环氧SEBS胶黏剂的剪切强度和剥离强度大幅提高,热分解温度有所下降;当过氧化氢用量为8 g时,环氧指数和180°剥离强度同时达到最大值。The amphoteric styrene-ethylene-butadiene-styrene copolymer (SEBS) was prepared through SEBS epoxidation reaction, and then the adhensive agent was prepared with an appropriate solvent mixture of C9 petroleum resin and the coumarone resin. The effects of SEBS, tackifying resins and hydrogen peroxide on the adhesive shear strength and peel strength of adhensive agent were researched; the structure and properties of adhensive agent were analyzed by using IR, TG and SEM. The results show that: the shear strength and peel strength of SEBS epoxy adhesive greatly improves, the thermal decomposition temperature decreases; when hydrogen peroxide amount is 8 g, the epoxy index and 180 ~ peel strength reach to the maximum at the same time.
