摘  要:利用模流软件先进的模流分析技术,进行了窄筋连接的电脑电池薄壳件的注塑模具设计。通过模流分析确定一模两腔点浇口形式,三点入料。通过充填分析分析了充填效果、充填时间、最大注射压力及锁模力;基于模流分析结果利用CAD软件进行了模具的总体结构设计,介绍了模具开合模的工作原理。实践表明,采用CAD/CAE技术能提高模具设计质量,缩短模具设计周期,确保模具设计的合理性。Design of injection molds for thin shelled laptop battery covers was carried out based on moldflow technology. The gate location was determined by gate location analysis, and then filling analysis was carried out to inspect the filling result of the two cavities, filling time, maximum injection pressure and clamp force. Finally, the mold was designed based on the result of Moldflow analysis and its structure and movement principle were illuminated in details. Practice has proved that Moldflow technology can be used to ensure the reasonable and efficiency of mold design and high quality products can be obtained quickly.
