摘 要:试验旨在研究天然植物饲料添加剂对合作猪断奶仔猪生长性能、养分消化率和肠道发育的影响。选择60头体重6.10±0.32kg的合作仔猪随机分为A、B、C组,每组4个重复,每个重复5头仔猪,试验期为40d。A、B和C组饲喂日粮分别为基础日粮、添加0.3%和0.5%天然植物饲料添加剂的基础日粮。结果表明:与A组相比,B组、C组的日增重分别提高了3.69%(P>0.05)、5.52%(P>0.05);C组的料肉比显著低于A组(P<0.05);B组、C组的腹泻率显著低于A组(P<0.05);C组粗蛋白表观消化率、总能表观消化率显著高于A组(P<0.05);B、C组十二指肠和空肠的绒毛高度显著高于A组(P<0.05)。B、C组肠道各阶段的绒毛高度/隐窝深度(C/V)均显著高于A组(P<0.05)。本试验条件下,天然植物饲料添加剂能提高合作猪生长性能和饲料消化率,促进肠道发育;添加0.5%的天然植物饲料添加剂效果相对优于0.3%的水平。The aim of this study was to research the effects of natural plant feed additive on growth performance, nutrient digestibility and intestinal development of Hezuo pig. 60 Hezuo piglet (6.00 ± 0.30 kg) were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups (A, B and C), each group contained 4 replicates and each replicate contained 5 piglets, duration of the experiment was 40 days. The dietary of group A was basal diet, group B and group C were added 0.3 % and 0.5% natural plant feed addi- tive in basal diet, respeclively. The results showed that daily gain of group B and group C were increased by 3.69% (P〉0.05) and 5.52% (P〉0.05) compared with group A. The feed efficiency of group C was lower than that of group A (P 〈0. 05). The diarrhea rate of group B and C were significantly lower than that of group A (P〈0.05). The apparent digestibility of crude protein and total energy of group B and C were higher significantly than that of group A (P〈0.05). The villus height of duodenum and jejunum of group B and C were higher than group A (P〈0.05). The villus height/crypt depth (V/C) of intestine of group B and C were higher than group A (P〈0.05). In conclusion, the natural plant feed additive was benefit to improve growth performance, feed digestibility and intestinal development of Hezuo pig, and adding 0.5 % natural plant feed additive was better than 0.3 %.
