摘 要:在水温18~22℃的条件下,采用标准水生生物毒性测定方法,研究了Cu2+对中国林蛙蝌蚪的急性和慢性效应。急性试验结果表明:Cu2+对蝌蚪的24、48、72h半致死浓度(LC50)分别为0.038mg/L、0.024mg/L、0.021 mg/L,安全浓度(SC)为0.0 029 mg/L。慢性试验结果表明:Cu2+浓度为0.00 012mg/L时,蝌蚪的体重和体长显著大于对照组和其他浓度组(P<0.05),蝌蚪生长发育较快;Cu2+浓度为0.012mg/L时,蝌蚪体重和体长显著小于对照组和其他浓度组(P<0.05),蝌蚪生长发育缓慢,游泳能力下降,尾巴透明化,出现畸形。同时,通过原子吸收法分别测定慢性实验不同处理组蝌蚪体内Cu含量,并进行Cu富集特征研究,结果表明:Cu2+浓度与蝌蚪体内Cu含量之间存在显著线性正相关(P<0.01),相关系数r=0.9770。The standard method for determining toxicity of aquatic life was used to evaluate the acute and chronic toxicity of Cu2+ on the tadpoles of Rana chensinensis at the water temperatures of 18--22℃. In the acute toxicity experiment, the half lethal concentration (LC50) of the tadpoles treated by Cu2+ for 24, 48 and 72 h were 0. 038 mg/L, 0. 024 mg/L and 0. 021 mg/ L, respectively, and the safe concentration (SC) of the tadpoles treated by Cu2+ was 0.0 029 mg/L. The chronic toxicity ex- periment showed that the weight and body length of the tadpoles treated by 0.00 012 mg/L Cu2+ were greater significantly than that of the control group and the other groups (P〈0.05), the growth and development of tadpoles were faster. Under the treatment of 0. 012 mg/L of Cu2+ , the weight and body length of the tadpoles were declined significantly than that of the con- trol group and the other groups (P〈0.05), the growth rate and swimming ability were slower, the body was hyalinized and became abnormalities. Moreover, the content of Cu inside the tadpoles" body was determined by flame atomic absorption spec- trometry (FAAS) in different treatments of the chronic toxicity experiment. The results indicated that there was a significant linear positive correlation between the concentration of Cu2+ and the content of Cu inside the tadpoles" body (P〈0.01), and the relative coefficient was 0.9 770.
