单叶蔓荆总黄酮的提取工艺研究

摘　　要：以提取温度、提取时间、固液比和乙醇体积分数为考察因素,以单叶蔓荆(Vitex rotundifolia L.)总黄酮得率为考核指标,应用正交试验对其提取工艺进行优化。结果表明,单叶蔓荆中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为提取温度70℃、时间1 h、固液比1∶12(m∶V)、乙醇体积分数70%。该提取工艺简单、高效,适用于单叶蔓荆的总黄酮提取。The technology of extracting total flavonoids with the content of total flavonoids as index.
